waiting all day on a time Warner appointment


I have been waiting all day on a appointment that was made. I had to leave work early because time warner likes to work with your schedule, Not true. I got a call at 1:12 saying they were on there way. Two hours later I call them to ask where they are. I was told the employee was stuck at another house but will be here in 20 mins. Now it's 5pm (when I was told they were going to be finished) so I call back and ask where he is again. I was then told that my building was undercontruction and so he took pictures and left. No phone call!! Now I'm very unhappy and the man on the phone is not very helpful and after a lot of explainging that I'm in my apartment he tells me they guy will be there in a few mins. Now over an hour later I'm still waiting and currently calling back
